DIRECTOR OF HAAR DESIGN
Caro is the director and brains behind Haar Design. She is also a Executive Hairstylist full time on the salon floor.
A Multi Award-Winning Hairstylist, she has 20 years experience under her scissor tool belt and has worked/managed at some of New Zealand’s Most Prestigious Salons.
Caro is a 5 time WINNER of the Canterbury Westland Hairstylist and Colourist of the Year.
Wella Trend Vision Australian Finalist
Past 3 time President of Canterbury/Westland Hairdressing Association.
10yrs on the NZARH COMPETITIONS JUDGE
Caro has been there, and done that for our Hairdressing Industry because she is so Passionate about what she Loves to do everyday as a profession 
When you Love what you do , Its never just work!!!
Now as Salon Owner it's about passing on her knowledge to her Team to help them become the Best Stylists they Dream to be!!
Hair is her passion – as is her commitment to professional development within the Industry and her Team!!

ELAINE SMYTH
EXECUTIVE STYLIST
Elaine has 20yrs experience in the Hairdressing Industry.
Originally from Ireland but made NZ home 9 years ago.
Elaine thrives on creating the perfect blonde for her clients with expertise in Balayage and Foilage.
In saying that nothing is too much of a challenge for Elaine so whether it be a full restyle, a beautiful dark colour or a beautiful curly blowout you are in safe hands!
Elaine has trained over and above and is currently certified with advanced qualifications in teaching and training hairdressing.

SENIOR STYLIST
Holly has been in the Hairdressing Industry for over 5yrs. Working as a Stylist in Arrowtown and Rangiora.
She loves making Clients feel special while they are in her salon chair .She is passionate about all areas of Hairdressing, from Short to long hair styles.
She thrives on creating beautiful blondes/balayage looks, thru to vibrant coppers and rich chocolate brown tones!
